What is new in Mrs. Evans Classes...
*Thanks for a fantastic year parents and kids! I have truly enjoyed working with each of your children. Our last day of classes were today except for electives which end Wednesday. All the kids stuff comes home today.
*2nd grade page is updated with websites I suggest for 3rd grade math practice for over the summer. I would also suggest a practice book to bridge them into 3rd grade math.
*1st grade math page is updated with websites I would suggest for 2nd grade math practice over the summer. I would also suggest practice books to bridge them into 2nd grade math.
*Reading groups ended yesterday and today. They have a little Mother's Day card for you so don't forget to get that from them. 1st graders came home yesterday and K comes home today. As far as practice for over the summer I would suggest having them read books, keep logs of what they read and practice retelling and comprehending what they are reading. Enjoy the public libraries for sure!
